From the moment we walked into your establishment, we felt we were in an environment like few others these days. You were so warm and welcoming to two strangers who walking in off the street. Natalia spent time helping us, but never pressuring us. Your inventory is amazing and is superior to others we have seen, but it is you and your staff who really put the polish on the stone.
It was our bad luck to select granite that was not in our price range. We had a quote from our GC and you gave us a generous price, but unfortunately we had to start over. You contacted my husband that night and honored the price you quoted based on what you originally thought was our budget.
You did not have to contact us and you certainly did not have to give us this amazing price. In these times, the most difficult thing to find is not the product, but ethical dealings, integrity and pride.
You are a gentleman and truly a man of integrity. You may be selling stone, but we can see your heart in all of it.
